These plates are commonly known as areca plate / arecanut palm leaf plates / palm leaf plates / bio plate / natural disposable plates / Eco-friendly bio-degradable dinner plates / kitchenware / dinnerware. Areca nut plates and cups are made of arecanut palm leaf which is fallen naturally from arecanut (betel) tree. These plates are a "Nature's gift" and a better replacement for anti-environment plastics or polymers. Areca leaf plates are the perfect alternative to plastic/polymer based products and paper based products about which the entire world is concerned about. A 100% natural mechanism is followed for manufacturing these plates. The fallen areca leaf is collected from farms. The sheath of the areca leaf was cleaned and soaked in water for approximately 15 minutes and shade dried for 30 minutes. They are then compressed to different shapes using the correspondingly shaped machines. They are then packed as per the customer's requirement.
