Dermatologist :
Superficial dermatomycosis (Tinea Versicolor. Tinea Corporis, Tinea Cruris, Tinea Pedis) not responding to topical treatment.
Onychomycosis of the toenail or fingernail due to dermatophytes (Tinea unguium)
Pityriasis versicolor not responding to any other treatment.
ENT / Pulmonologist / Gynaecologist :
Oral candidiasis
Orophayngeal candidiasis
Orophayngeal candidiasis
Blastomycosis, pulmonary and extrapulmonary
Histoplasmosis, including chronic cavitary pulmonary disease and disseminated, non-meningeal histoplasmosis.
Aspergillosis, pulmonary and extrapulmonary, in patients who are intolerant of or who are refractory to amphotericin B therapy.
Vulvovaginal candidiasis not responding to topical treatment.
