Jean-Pascal Tricoire Chairman & CEO (1) Professional experienceAfter carrying out missions at Alcatel, Schlumberger and St Gobain in 1985 and 1986, Jean-Pascal Tricoire joined Merlin Gerin in 1986 to develop a partnership with a German company. From 1988 to 1999, he held operating positions at Schneider Electric in Italy (five years), China (five years) and South Africa (one year). From 1999 to 2001, he served in corporate functions as head of Schneider Electric's Global Strategic Accounts and of the Schneider 2000+ programme. From January 2002 to end of 2003, Jean-Pascal Tricoire became Executive Vice-President of the International Division. In October 2003 he was named Chief Operating Officer. In May 2006, the Supervisory Board appointed Jean-Pascal Tricoire Chairman of the Management Board & Chief Executive Officer. Emmanuel Babeau Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Legal Affairs (1) Professional experience Emmanuel Babeau joined Schneider Electric on July 2009. He is Executive Vice President Finance and Member of the Management Board of Schneider Electric.He began his career at Arthur Andersen in late 1990. In 1993, he joined Pernod Ricard as an Internal Auditor. He was appointed Head of Internal Audit, Corporate Treasury and Consolidation in 1996. He subsequently held several executive positions at Pernod Ricard, notably outside France, among which he served as Finance and Administrative Director Spain subsidiary in 1997. In 2001, Emmanuel rejoined Pernod Ricard head-offices in Paris to hold position of Vice President, Development, in charge of the integration of Seagram. Progressing fast, he was appointed CFO in 2003 and Group Deputy Managing Director of Finance in 2006, supervising Finance, Information Systems and Industry Administrations. In 1992, he joined the Swiss Industrial Group (SIG) as Sales Director of SIG Positec Automation and was subsequently nominated General Manager of SIG Positec Automation in 1997. In 2000, Schneider Electric acquired the SIG Positec activities (SIG Positec Automation and SIG Positec Berger Lahr) from Swiss Industrial Group. Following the acquisition, he held the position of General Manager of the newly formed Berger Lahr Group and, in 2003, he was appointed General Manager of the Schneider Electric Motion Group. In 2005, he was designated as Vice President European Division being responsible for Germany and Switzerland.
